Membership in VSFA is available on a yearly, calendar basis (Starting in January), and is not pro-rated. VSFA membership also includes associate membership in the Vermont Grocers Association, a state wide trade association of food stores and suppliers.
Regular Membership is open to Vermont specialty food companies that manufacture, or contract for manufacture of specialty foods, and have their corporate offices located within the State of Vermont. Each member shall have one vote. Fees are based on annual gross sales. Up to $100,000 sales the dues is $160; from $100,000 to $500,000 is $225 and over $500,000 is $300.
Associate Membership is open to any individual or company with interest related to the Vermont specialty food industry. Associate members will be subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Associate members have no voting privileges. Associate membership is $315.
