Pure. Simple. Delicious. Crowley Cheese is a fresh, whole raw milk cheese, made entirely by hand in the country's oldest cheese factory (a National Historic Place). Crowley Cheese is made from an American original recipe which results in a sweeter, creamier and less acidic cheese than a cheddar. Award-winning Crowley Cheese has been a source of Vermont pride since the Crowleys started making it in their farm kitchen in 1824. Visitors are welcome to watch our cheese being made the old-fashioned way, with no machines.

Delicious Crowley Cheese is available in several different aged forms and flavors. Our signature product is our clothbound 2-1/2 lb. wheel; 5 lb. and 23 lb. wheels are available for wholesale as well. Crowley Cheese also comes in blocks, 8 ounce waxed bars and New! - 4 oz. "Crowley Minis". Crowley aged varieties include Mild, Medium Sharp, Sharp and Extra Sharp. Flavors include Fresh Chive, Garlic Chive, Hot Pepper, Muffaletta, Sage and Smoked. Additional flavors are in the works.
