I have a lifelong love affair with Asian dumplings. It began with my mother’s crisp homemade gyoza. I sample a variety of dim sum in San Francisco’s Sunset District and devoured pan-fried and boiled dumplings in the alleyway shops of Beijing and Shanghai. While living in China, I studied the ways of dumpling making at a local cooking school in Shanghai. Today, as a working single mother, author/writer, and entrepreneur, I understand the daily challenge of getting a healthy, convenient, and delicious meal or snack on the table. With this in mind, I've blended my diverse cooking influences with the abundance of Vermont ingredients and handcrafted Yum Dragon Vegetarian Dumplings. Enjoy!
