Lines of upscale gourmet chocolate bars and Vermont Maple Brittle: Mooonlight in Vermont, the whimisically packaged diamond shaped chocolate bars come in 8 varieties. The newest line of deep dark 72% cacao chocolate bars aptly named In The Dark comes in 4 varieties. Vermont Maple Brittle with Almonds is like no other. A rich buttery maple brittle made with Vermont butter and Vermont maple syrup is jam packed with fresh crushed almonds. In May 2008, we introduced our dark chocolate dipped brittle. Our packaging is distinctive with our cows wearing maple leaf shaped spots, a trademark of our brittle.
