Krakatoa Dip

This is sooo good!  Kids & adults love the tasty dip and  contrast of fresh, crunchy vegies.   Andrew created this one late night.  It is an original!
2 Tbsp. light cream cheese
2 Tbsp. VERMONT VOLCANO MUSTARD
2 Tbsp. organic peanut butter
Combine all the ingredients in a blender (or mix by hand if room temp.)  Put in a bowl and surround with fresh carrots, broccoli, celery, and apple slices.  A yummy protein rich dip for fresh veggies.  It is an appetizer and a meal!
