Chocolate Chip Granola Cookies

1 c. all-purpose flour
½ t. baking soda
¼ t. baking powder
¼ t. salt
1 stick softened unsalted butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
¼ c. granulated sugar
1 lg. egg
½ t. vanilla
1 ½ c. Vermont Maple Granola Co. flavor of your choice (we like to use Cherry Pomegranate Almond or Banana Walnut Flax)
¾ c. good quality chocolate chips
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add egg and vanilla to butter and sugar, then add dry mixture. Fold in granola and chocolate chips. Drop onto cookie sheets in rounded tablespoons and bake for 10-12 minutes.
