Maple Marinated Portabella MushroomsServe on a roll with your favorite sandwich dressings or a top your favorite green salad.Ingredients: - 1/3 Cup grade B maple syrup
- 1/3 Cup soy sauce
- 1/3 Cup maple, cider or rice wine vinegar
- 4 Large portabella mushrooms
Directions
Mix maple syrup, soy sauce and vinegar. Remove and discard gills from the portabella mushrooms. Marinate portabella mushroom caps in mixture for 1 to 6 hours. Grill at medium high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, basting with remaining marinade as necessary. Serve on a roll with your favorite sandwich dressings or a top your favorite green salad.
