Some varieties include maple-leaf shaped maple shortbread, lemon-ginger shortbread with white chocolate, orange-flavored snowflakes, fudge-filled chocolate bears, linzer star cookies with jam and "Vermont-mud" chocolate chips.
The company won 'Best Specialty Food Product 2003' award at Hildene's Farm, Food and Folk Art Fair in Manchester, Vermont and in October 2008 the Maple Shortbread was featured as Rachael Ray's "Snack of the Day".
