Vermont Caesar Salad

There is nothing like this combination of dressing, croutons and Vermont cheese!

Ingredients:

One head romaine lettuce
Annie’s Naturals Caesar Salad dressing
Olivia’s Crouton Company Pepper Parmesan Croutons
Green Mountain Blue Cheese’s Gore-Dawn-Zola Cheese (substitute Parmesan Regianno)
Grilled Chicken (optional)


Method:

Grate the cheese, about 1 cup.
Combine the dressing with the lettuce, then toss in the croutons, cheese and chicken.
