Southern Pulled Pork Sandwich

Pulled Pork Sandwich



2 lbs Pork tenderloin
1 medium onion (chopped)
1-2 bottle of Original or Hot Cranberry Grilling Sauce
Cole slaw (Optional)

In a Crock Pot add the Pork Tenderloin with the chopped onion and 1 bottle of GMSC Original or Hot sauce.  Cook on medium for 6-8 hours or until pork is cooked all the way though and is easily pulled apart with a fork, add additional sauce as needed to keep the pork moist.  Once the pork is cooked throughly take it out of the crock pot and shred it with a fork.  Place the shredded pork on a hamburger roll and top with cole slaw (optional).
