River Garden Kitchens of Vermont LLC

Three Cheese Tortellini Bake

A quick and easy tortellini side dish!

2 packages of fresh three cheese or cheese and spinach tortellini.
About 2 cups of River Garden Kitchens Italian Parmesan Dressing.
¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese.
 
Prepare tortellini as per package instructions. Drain well. Spray 11X13 Pyrex baking pan with cooking spray. Fill with prepared tortellini. Pour River Garden Kitchens Italian Parmesan Dressing generously over pasta (about 2 cups). Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 350 until bubbly, about 10-15 minutes. 
 
This is even delicious cold as leftovers!
