Summer Mesclum and Strawberries

250 grams of mesclum
100 grams of fresh picked and sliced strawberries
1/4 cup of  Strawberry/Hazelnut dressing
100 grams of Vermont Blue Cheese
Olivia's croutons


Mix the fresh sliced strawberries in the mesclum, toss it with the
dressing, add the chunks of Vermont Blue Cheese and Olivia's croutons and enjoy it
