Fat Toad Farm is a small family-run goat dairy in Central Vermont. We milk 25 Saanen and Alpine goats that are largely pasture raised.
What we produce:
We specialize in making two very different products from our goat milk - fresh goat cheese, or chevre, in five varieties - Plain, Maple, Sundried Tomato Basil, Ginger Cilantro Sesame, and Olive Lovers'. We also make caramel from our goats milk in four varieties - Original, Coffee Bean, Vanilla Bean and Cinnamon. All of our products are made by hand in small batches every week.
