Quick & Healthful Zingy Pasta Dinner

An easy and healthful meal that is fun and beautiful, for adults and kids.

Boil your favorite pasta shape. Saute onions, garlic, chicken or shrimp if you like, and your preferred vegetables. Recommended vegetables: celery, red - yellow- orange bell peppers, zucchini, summer squash, cauliflower, broccoli, chopped kale or collards, carrots.  Saute thicker veggies longer, and add lighter veggies closer to the end.
Spoon the veggies and chicken onto drained noodles, and add Zingy Peanut Sauce to taste. Kids and more sensitive palates might prefer just a little, and bolder adventurers may want to scoop on a lot.
